Accounting Manager – Hybrid (Finance & Reporting)

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead the financial management and reporting for our portfolio companies. The role combines accounting expertise with financial analysis to ensure accurate month‑end close, reliable reporting and actionable performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close activities, including journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and maintain key GL reconciliations (prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, inventory).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations.
• Review revenue recognition, validate financial data and investigate discrepancies.
• Support audit requirements and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Perform variance analysis, translate results into clear insights for stakeholders and monitor performance across business units.
• Monitor cash flow, maintain internal tracking models and support AR/AP processes.
• Assist in budgeting, rolling forecasts and collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions.
• Identify and implement process improvements, reporting accuracy enhancements and integration of acquired businesses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in accounting or FP&A.
• Strong foundation in month‑end close, reconciliations and financial analysis.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Fluent English (B2‑C1 level) – excellent written and spoken communication.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• ERP systems – NetSuite preferred.
