Accreditation Officer

About the role

The Accreditation Officer will lead product approval and vendor registration activities for medium‑voltage and low‑voltage electrical equipment. This role ensures compliance with IEC standards and coordinates closely with utilities, consultants, contractors, and government bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accreditation and approval processes for MV/LV products, switchgear, RMUs, kiosks, and electrical panels.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation required for product approvals and vendor registrations.
• Follow up with utility companies, consultants, EPC contractors, and governmental authorities regarding approvals and registrations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Production to obtain necessary technical data and certificates.
• Maintain and update accreditation records, approvals, and registration databases.
• Monitor application status and ensure timely renewals of approvals and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IEC standards and customer technical specifications.
• Coordinate factory audits, inspections, and witness testing activities when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and approval authorities.
• Prepare periodic reports on accreditation status and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in accreditation, vendor registration, technical sales support, or a related field within the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV products, switchgear, RMUs, kiosks, and electrical distribution systems.
• Familiarity with IEC standards and utility approval procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow‑up abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
