Construction Manager (One-year Project in Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead all on‑site construction activities for a one‑year project in Saudi Arabia, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the high quality standards required by Aramco.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction operations on the site.
• Ensure full compliance with Aramco construction standards, safety regulations, and quality‑control procedures.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Monitor site progress, identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Verify that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before work commences.
• Prepare regular progress reports and keep stakeholders informed of site status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience working on Aramco projects as an ex‑Aramco professional.
• Strong knowledge of Aramco construction methodologies and safety requirements.
