DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Kubernetes (FinTech)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to operate and evolve the infrastructure behind a fast‑moving, regulated fintech platform. You will work across cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, vulnerability management, and incident response to make the platform reliable, secure, observable, repeatable, and auditable.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operation of cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters, including networking, DNS, load balancing, and capacity planning.
• Maintain production and non‑production environments with proper separation, controls, and regular upgrades.
• Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring safe deployments, rollbacks, and reliable artifact handling.
• Manage repositories, branch protection, permissions, and package/image hosting.
• Maintain monitoring, centralized logging, dashboards, and actionable alerts for infrastructure, applications, and databases.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, incident response, runbook upkeep, and post‑incident analysis.
• Operate the SIEM platform, run vulnerability scans, and support compliance reporting and audit evidence collection.
• Manage secrets, certificates, SSH keys, service accounts, and API keys following least‑privilege principles.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes in a production environment.
• Proven ability to design, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability best practices.
• Experience with security operations, vulnerability management, and audit compliance.
• Comfortable working in a regulated fintech context and collaborating with development teams.
