Farm Manager – New Cairo

About the role

SURGI-TECH Egypt is seeking a full‑time Farm Manager to lead its horse farm operations in New Cairo. The role combines oversight of crop irrigation, general farm maintenance, and livestock welfare, ensuring the farm runs efficiently and meets the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and optimise daily farming activities, including irrigation and crop management.
• Maintain farm infrastructure, equipment and facilities to ensure safe and productive operations.
• Oversee health, nutrition and welfare of all livestock, with particular focus on poultry and horse care.
• Manage and develop farm staff, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Control resources, budgets and inventories to maximise productivity and minimise waste.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in farm management or related agricultural roles.
• Strong organisational, leadership and resource‑management abilities.
• Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
