IT Project Coordinator

About the role

The IT Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution and monitoring of technology projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met, risks are managed and project documentation is kept up to date. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start a career in project coordination within an IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules.
• Organise, attend and actively participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Document actions and decisions from meetings and follow up on them.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and manage changes.
• Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as required.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and keep all documentation current.
• Assess project risks and issues, proposing solutions when applicable.
• Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to the project team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in project coordination.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
