PMP Instructor (Remote, 1‑month contract)

About the role

MindWork Solution is seeking a seasoned PMP Instructor for a one‑month intensive remote project beginning September 2026. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact PMP preparation training that aligns with PMI® standards and prepares participants for both real‑world project management challenges and the PMP certification exam.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, full‑day remote PMP training sessions (9 AM – 5 PM) for cohorts of ~30 professionals.
• Design and customize training materials, case studies, mock exams, and interactive workshop activities.
• Analyze and solve PMP past‑exam and simulation questions together with learners.
• Lead applied, project‑based learning using real business scenarios.
• Assess learner comprehension, provide mentorship, and track certification progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine curriculum, improve learner experience, and enhance instructional quality.
• Apply adaptive teaching methods suitable for executive‑level remote environments.

Required profile

• PMP® certification from PMI (mandatory).
• Additional PMI certifications (ACP®, PgMP®, RMP®) strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly recommended.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (mandatory); MBA or MSc in Management, Marketing, etc., is a plus.
