Production Specialist – Solid Sterile Packaging (Oncology)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Specialist to coordinate planning and organization of our solid‑sterile, soft‑gelatin oncology manufacturing lines. The role ensures that production follows operational manuals, meets GMP standards and aligns with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement operational manuals, production plans and programs.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure processes meet organisational policies.
• Verify availability of raw materials, packaging supplies, utilities, filters and machine parts.
• Monitor drug manufacturing activities for GMP compliance.
• Maintain standard yields across production lines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficiency with software tools used for design and analysis.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
