Remote Junior Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Junior Marketing Manager to join our fast‑paced team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will help design, launch and optimise integrated campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition and brand awareness across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage campaigns across digital, social, paid media, email, partnerships, events and activations.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, media buyers, developers and external vendors.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and analytics tools, and optimise campaigns for ROI.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research and customer insights reporting.
• Prepare marketing reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management.
• Support lead generation initiatives and customer acquisition funnels.
• Assist in brand strategy execution and manage relationships with influencers, partners and agencies.
• Help with budgeting, quotations, campaign costing and procurement processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 6–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑moving environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding and campaign management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project‑management skills.

• Basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
