Senior Property Consultant - Luxury Properties

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Property Consultant to lead our luxury property and serviced‑apartment sales. You will guide high‑net‑worth clients through the selection and acquisition of premium residences, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Sell TMG’s branded luxury residences and premium serviced apartments using advanced negotiation techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and real‑estate stakeholders.
• Generate new business through referrals, leads, and proactive outreach.
• Achieve sales targets and deadlines agreed with management.
• Assess client needs for private luxury homes and serviced apartments.
• Conduct market research to keep clients informed of trends in high‑end real estate.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies for luxury offerings.
• Oversee the full transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to closing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate sales, focused on luxury properties and serviced apartments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and sales capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of the luxury real‑estate market, including serviced‑apartment segments.
