Senior Subcontracts Procurement Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Subcontracts Procurement Engineer to join our construction team in New Cairo. The role focuses on planning, acquiring, and managing subcontractor contracts to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project planning to identify subcontractor priorities aligned with timelines and cost targets.
• Create and maintain an up‑to‑date subcontractor log.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with selected subcontractors, ensuring timely execution.
• Monitor and follow up on advance payments and other financial commitments.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to track subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction companies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑orientation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and coach team members.
