Technical Architect

About the role

Devart-EG is seeking a full‑time Technical Architect to lead the technical architecture of its construction‑related systems. Based on‑site in Cairo, you will ensure that all digital solutions align with project requirements, support seamless integration, and uphold high standards of security and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall technical architecture for construction platforms.
• Evaluate technology options and design system integrations.
• Create architecture diagrams and comprehensive documentation for development teams.
• Conduct technical reviews, resolve complex integration issues, and mentor technical staff.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, engineering teams, and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical office, architectural design development, and construction documentation.
• Proven ability to coordinate between design consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, specifications, local building codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Preparation and review of shop drawings, working drawings, and as‑built drawings.
• Technical submittals and material approvals.
• Architectural detailing and design development.
• Multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, and specialized systems.
• Problem‑solving to transform conceptual designs into buildable solutions.
