Transportation Supervisor

About the role

The Transportation Supervisor will lead daily transportation operations for VXI Global Solutions in Cairo, Egypt. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that fleet activities comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations while delivering reliable and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day transportation operations, including vehicle scheduling and routing.
• Manage fleet maintenance, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and related safety standards.
• Supervise transportation staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Address and resolve customer service issues related to transportation.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory abilities with experience leading a transportation or logistics team.
• In‑depth knowledge of DOT regulations and their practical application.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
• Proven problem‑solving capability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant experience in transportation or logistics management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics software tools.
