Supervised day‑to‑day facility operations across a large multi‑site hospital network, enforcing health, safety and hygiene standards to support JCI and ISO compliance. Conducted daily site inspections, identified deficiencies and reported them for rapid resolution, while managing a portfolio of contracted service providers (cleaning, waste, pest control, security, laundry, cafeteria). Monitored outsourced staff attendance, tracked defects and ensured closure through contractor performance reports and KPI management. Handled procurement, purchase orders and budget invoicing, coordinating closely with finance and maintaining accurate contract records. Led a team of 40+ staff and coordinated with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve maintenance requests and site access issues.
