About the role
Greenya Egypt for Export is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Secretary to support its administrative operations in the 6th of October area. The role involves handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate company records while providing direct assistance to executives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
- Support executives with documentation, calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and assist with other clerical tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in company secretarial or executive administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities and discretion with confidential information.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
