Application Support Specialist (Zoho)

About the role
Pinerium is looking for a proactive Application Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of internal Zoho applications. You will be the first point of contact for employees, troubleshooting issues and guiding users through Zoho workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, Books, People and other internal Zoho tools.
- Troubleshoot functional bugs, permission problems, workflow errors and system glitches.
- Escalate complex technical issues to developers or implementation teams.
- Assist employees in using Zoho applications effectively and support onboarding of new staff.
- Maintain accurate ticket records, document resolutions, and contribute to internal knowledge‑base articles.
- Monitor recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and participate in testing after updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in application support, helpdesk or SaaS support.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
- Own laptop and non‑smoker status.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books and Zoho People.
- Familiarity with ticketing or support workflow systems.
