About the role

Mirraponte, a digital marketing agency that helps B2B companies grow, is looking for a full‑time Appointment Setter to work on‑site in Alexandria, Egypt. You will be the first point of contact for qualified prospects, introducing our services and securing scheduled sales calls for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified prospects and send follow‑up messages.
• Manage appointment calendars, ensuring minimal no‑shows.
• Update CRM records with accurate prospect information and detailed call notes.
• Handle initial prospect questions with a professional phone manner.
• Ensure a smooth handoff of booked meetings to sales representatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Strong appointment‑setting and scheduling abilities.
• Proven lead‑generation experience, especially in B2B or agency environments.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools, call‑tracking or sales‑engagement platforms.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and reliable in documenting interactions.
• Prior telesales, inside‑sales or outbound prospecting experience is preferred.
