Art Director

About the role

JOIN Solutions is seeking an Art Director to shape visual communication for its brands, solutions and client projects across talent, employer branding, learning, growth marketing and technology domains. The role blends strategic brand thinking with hands‑on creative execution to turn complex business challenges into compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the visual direction of JOIN’s brands, solutions, campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Lead creative concept development for marketing, employer branding, learning engagement, technology solutions and thought‑leadership content.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, content creators, consultants, learning specialists, business leaders and technology teams.
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints while continuously raising creative standards.
• Develop integrated visual concepts for digital, social media, events, learning platforms, employer branding projects and corporate communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in art direction or senior design roles.
• Strong strategic brand thinking combined with hands‑on creative excellence.
• Proven ability to influence business growth, talent attraction, employee engagement, learning adoption and customer experience through design.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
