B2B ProCare Associate – French Speaker

About the role

This full‑time position supports Nestlé Professional customers across the MENA region by handling inbound and outbound communications in French, Arabic and English. You will work in a dynamic call‑center environment, ensuring high‑quality service and accurate data capture.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, social media messages and contact‑form requests, logging all interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide technical assistance for Nestlé machines, capture orders, collect payments and manage dues.
• Conduct outbound tele‑sales calls to new prospects and promote Nestlé Professional products.
• Perform customer satisfaction surveys and generate quantitative and qualitative reports.
• Escalate critical complaints, manage real‑time alerts and ensure timely case resolution with operational teams.
• Participate in training, knowledge‑transfer sessions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, media studies, psychology or a related field.
• Experience in consumer services, marketing or sales within FMCG (Nestlé experience preferred).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English; French is required, additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel for data organization, charting, sorting, filtering and conditional formatting.
