Bar Boy

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Boy to join our Guest Service team at the Sheraton Sharm Hotel Resort Villas & Spa. In this full-time position you will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering friendly, efficient service at the hotel bar.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting bar environment.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and coordinate with fellow team members.
• Serve drinks and food to guests, handling transactions accurately.
• Maintain the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning work stations.
• Read and verify menu information, assist guests with selections, and answer basic queries.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), standing, walking, and moving on varied surfaces for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods and handle physical demands of the role.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
