Bilingual Customer Service & Recruitment Associate

About the role

Join Capital Placement as a Bilingual Customer Service & Recruitment Associate, acting as the first point of contact for corporate clients and employers across the region. You will support the full lifecycle of talent programs, from initial consultations to final delivery, while leveraging both Arabic and English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients via phone, email, and chat in Arabic and English.
• Conduct consultations to understand hiring goals and recommend suitable program structures.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of recruitment and talent programs, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Conduct interviews and briefings using the in‑house AI interviewer, Rena.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, execution, and completion of programs.
• Maintain accurate records in all tracking systems and databases.
• Analyze program data, surface insights, and share recommendations.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance client experience and streamline workflows.
• Take ownership of issues, resolving them with sound judgment and creativity.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with no concurrent studies or freelance commitments.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong client‑first mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
