Blue‑Collar Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Korra Energi, a leading Egyptian energy‑efficiency and construction firm, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist focused on blue‑collar and technical positions within its Facility Management division. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process to ensure the company has a strong pipeline of skilled technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for Facility Management technical roles using job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial CV screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.
• Support walk‑in hiring events and recruitment campaigns as needed.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates and basic reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably for technicians or blue‑collar roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
