Branch Supervisor

About the role

The Branch Supervisor will lead the Tanta branch of bellissimo‑egy, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to head office and plays a key role in driving sales, service standards and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including cash handling, stock management and daily reporting.
• Supervise and coach branch staff, create work schedules, assign tasks and monitor performance against sales and service targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organized store environment.
• Coordinate with head office on promotions, inventory needs and process improvements, providing regular performance feedback.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities, with experience supervising teams.
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or branch operations, including cash handling, stock control and reporting.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Tanta, including weekends or extended hours.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in food & beverage is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and generating operational reports.
