Business Developer – Real Estate Partnerships

About the role

KROO Creative Collective is seeking a Business Developer to expand its flexible workspace network in Cairo. The role focuses on identifying and securing partnerships with office owners, landlords, brokers and companies that have under‑utilised office space, turning them into KROO’s flexible work environments.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suitable office spaces and business opportunities across Cairo.
• Approach and engage landlords, office owners, brokers and property managers.
• Visit sites to assess layout, access, condition and commercial fit.
• Gather photos, pricing expectations, owner details and relevant space information.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership leads.
• Support market research and competitive analysis.
• Develop long‑term relationships with potential partners and clients.
• Collaborate with the KROO team to evaluate and prioritize opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, commercial real estate, leasing, property management, coworking or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable with outreach, field visits, negotiation and follow‑up.
• Proven research and lead‑generation capability.
• Ability to assess opportunities, organise information and manage a pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
