Business Development Executive – Egypt

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results‑driven Business Development Executive to uncover new market opportunities, build strategic relationships and accelerate revenue growth across Egypt. The ideal candidate is confident, commercially minded and able to turn prospects into qualified opportunities while maintaining strong client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, target markets and emerging business opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals to generate leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business objectives.
• Present company offerings, prepare proposals, quotations and sales materials.
• Qualify leads, manage opportunities in the CRM and support negotiations to close deals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and track conversion rates and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other internal teams to drive growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to spot new opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
