About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead with a strong industrial background to turn innovative products into scalable commercial opportunities. The role combines strategic market planning, partner network building, and digital sales activation across the Middle East and potentially European markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop product launch strategies, pricing models, and market positioning plans.
- Create product brochures, marketing collateral, and commercial presentations.
- Lead participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Build and manage distributor, agent, and strategic partner networks.
- Design digital sales funnels and improve website performance.
- Oversee LinkedIn content strategy and professional communication channels.
- Manage lead generation activities and close partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing material production with cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Strong background in Business Development, Marketing and Commercial activities (beyond pure sales).
- Previous experience in Industrial, Manufacturing or Technology sectors.
- Technical understanding of industrial or technology products.
- Proven ability to manage multiple product lines simultaneously.
- Experience in regional markets such as KSA, UAE, and Bahrain; European exposure is a plus.
