Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a highly professional Butler to join our distinguished team in Cairo. In this role you will deliver personalized, anticipatory service to discerning guests, ensuring every stay is memorable and seamless.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, prepare arrival areas and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
• Provide personalized services such as wake‑up calls, packing/unpacking, and special arrangements.
• Manage administrative tasks including email responses, welcome cards, and amenity orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local attractions, customs and services.
• Uphold the highest standards of service quality and health‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end household management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs with discretion and empathy.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
