About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team. In this position you will manage both inbound and outbound customer calls, provide accurate information about our products and services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Follow up on customer requests when needed.
- Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotating shifts.
