About the role

The role monitors and responds to card and e‑payment transactions in real time on a 24/7 basis, ensuring timely detection, investigation, and prevention of fraudulent activities. It protects customers and minimizes fraud losses by taking immediate action on suspicious transactions while maintaining high service standards and adhering to established fraud policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

Monitor real‑time transaction alerts across cards, wallets, ACH, and digital payments 24/7.
Investigate flagged transactions, identify suspicious patterns and report daily.
Take immediate actions such as blocking cards/accounts, declining transactions, or raising cases.
Contact customers to verify suspicious activity when required.
Document cases accurately in the fraud management system and respond to verification requests from acquiring banks.

Required profile

Post‑graduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or non‑banking environments.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
