Cloud Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Technical Support Engineer to join our Application Support & Cloud Operations team. The role involves providing 24x7 L2 support for enterprise cloud applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and smooth operation of cloud‑hosted services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L2 application and infrastructure support for cloud‑based solutions.
• Maintain high availability of cloud‑hosted applications and resolve incidents.
• Perform Windows and Linux server administration, including operational support and maintenance.
• Execute changes, patches, and routine maintenance activities.
• Participate in UAT testing and support cloud operations.
• Work in a DevOps mode, collaborating with monitoring and hosting teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good time‑management capabilities.
