Commercial Associate Manager – E‑Commerce

About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim’s retail division as a Commercial Associate Manager – E‑Commerce, supporting the growth and performance of assigned online categories. You will work closely with supply‑chain, sourcing and operations teams to ensure product availability, accurate data tracking and smooth execution of digital activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assortment, pricing and availability strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee product stock and timely online listings.
• Analyse sales data, pricing trends and category performance metrics.
• Coordinate with suppliers and provide basic commercial negotiation support.
• Maintain accurate product data, pricing information and stock availability.
• Identify issues in ordering flows and support process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations and category performance drivers.
• Experience in assortment planning, pricing execution and online merchandising.
• Ability to analyse sales data and pricing trends.
• Exposure to supplier coordination and basic commercial negotiation.
• Good knowledge of online platforms, digital campaigns and product listing management.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
