Consumer & Market Insights Manager

About the role

Limitless Naturals, a fast‑growing wellness brand, is looking for a Consumer & Market Insights Manager to turn data into decision‑grade insights that guide innovation, portfolio and launch decisions across Egypt, KSA, UAE and other priority markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interpretation and synthesis of market, consumer, competitive and performance data to define analytical scope and evidence needed for innovation decisions.
• Conduct opportunity sizing and market attractiveness assessments, integrating IQVIA, FMCG, retailer and scientific datasets.
• Build and maintain a cross‑market opportunity map, delivering insight‑driven scenarios for portfolio trade‑offs.
• Lead post‑launch performance analysis, comparing actual results to objectives and recommending actions to scale or optimize brands.
• Own the insight agenda, determine critical evidence, and coordinate consumer/HCP research when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; certifications in analytics/BI are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in insights, analytics, marketing science or business intelligence within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, OTC or FMCG sectors.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong command of IQVIA and FMCG consumer insight platforms.
• High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, dashboard creation and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL basics and BI systems.
• Ability to work with retailer data, pricing landscapes and scientific trend datasets.
