Content Moderator – Live Streaming

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Content Moderator to join our Cairo team, focusing on live‑streaming content. You will help ensure that broadcasts and user‑generated material comply with our policies, community standards and local regulations, creating a safe environment for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live streams and real‑time user interactions across our platforms.
• Identify, flag and escalate policy violations, applying warnings, restrictions or content removal as needed.
• Document incidents and generate basic reports for internal review.
• Provide feedback to improve moderation rules, workflows and guidelines.
• Collaborate with customer‑service, technical and operations teams to support anchors and users.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess live content quickly and make consistent, policy‑based decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Customer‑service mindset with resilience when exposed to sensitive material.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content moderation tools and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with live‑streaming platforms and online safety standards.
