Contract Manager – Mixed‑Use Development Projects

About the role

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join its Project & Development Services (P&DS) team in Egypt. You will be responsible for administering contracts on a mixed‑use development, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer running contracts for a mixed‑use development project.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project delivery.
• Advise project and cost‑management teams on contract administration.
• Manage and advise on contractual obligations of all project parties.
• Analyze and prepare assessments for potential claims and variation orders.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance against project plans.
• Negotiate claims with project parties and prepare claim responses.
• Provide interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
• Prepare contractual notices, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all contract activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract administration for construction or real‑estate projects.
• Strong understanding of contractual obligations and claim management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
