Contract Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Contract Specialist to create, review, and refine high‑quality legal templates and samples. The role supports an AI‑training project by supplying well‑structured contractual documents that reflect current legal standards and commercial best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and annotate templates for Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, IP Licensing, Marketing, and other licensing contracts.
• Ensure all agreements comply with up‑to‑date legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit polished documents to enrich the project’s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with the team to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Required profile

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote collaboration environment.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI‑enabled platforms is a plus.
