Corporate Trainer – Cisco (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer specialized in Cisco technologies to deliver high‑quality, instructor‑led online training for corporate and individual learners. The role is fully remote and involves creating engaging, hands‑on sessions using real‑world datasets and virtual labs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, instructor‑led training sessions on Cisco networking topics to remote learners.
• Design, update and maintain training materials, lab exercises, presentations and assessments.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and guide participants through hands‑on lab environments.
• Mentor learners, answer technical questions and provide feedback on performance.
• Evaluate participant progress and suggest improvements.
• Stay current with Cisco certification tracks, new technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training methodologies and curriculum.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Cisco networking training or related industry roles.
• Valid CCNP certification (Service Provider, Data Center or Enterprise).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven ability to conduct engaging remote training sessions.

Required skills

• CCNP Service Provider, CCNP Data Center or CCNP Enterprise.
• Routing, switching and troubleshooting.
• Network infrastructure concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco devices and virtual lab environments.
