Cost Control Analyst – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Cost Control Analyst to join our luxury hotel brand. The role focuses on monitoring and managing all hotel costs, especially Food & Beverage, inventory and operating supplies, ensuring financial performance aligns with budget and guest experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control hotel costs with emphasis on F&B, inventory and supplies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cost analysis reports and highlight variances against budget and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef, Purchasing Manager and department heads to drive effective cost management.
• Review purchase orders, invoices and receiving reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Conduct regular inventory audits for food, beverage and non‑consumables and investigate discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain standard costing models for menus and hotel services.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate cost data and insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards and corporate financial policies.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while preserving the luxury guest experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of cost control or finance experience in luxury hotels or high‑end hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial systems and inventory management tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting software.
• Familiarity with hotel financial systems.
• Inventory management tools.
