About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer‑focused professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. The role manages customer interactions across multiple channels, resolves issues with empathy, and ensures service excellence in line with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Use CRM systems to log interactions, track cases, and ensure proper follow‑up.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure effective resolution.
- Maintain service quality standards according to company guidelines.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a customer‑service orientation.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (on‑site and remote).
