About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our New Cairo office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering prompt and professional assistance across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Document interactions and update records in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to multitask.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in customer support or service environments is a plus.
