Customer Service Representative – Call Center Agent

About the role

WAVES is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Cairo’s Fifth Settlement. You will support Gulf‑region customers across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar, delivering high‑quality assistance through multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and digital platforms.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with Gulf customers, understanding their specific needs.
• Follow up on requests and complaints until resolution.
• Maintain high service quality standards and represent WAVES professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service or call‑center roles.
• Preferred background in telecommunications, travel agencies, airlines, hospitality or digital platforms serving the Gulf market.
• Excellent Arabic communication skills, including Gulf dialects, and advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
