About the role
Tabby is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its fast‑growing fintech team in Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across phone, chat, and email while delivering a friendly and professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and issues via multiple channels with empathy and accuracy.
- Achieve performance KPIs, maintaining high service quality and response times.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, satisfying customer journey.
- Represent Tabby’s brand values in every interaction.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (GRADS only).
- Fluent English and Arabic (minimum B2 level).
- Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and communication abilities.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and flexibility to work shifts ending at 10 PM.

- Gross salary of 33,000 EGP per month.
