About the role
Join MICO WORLD as a Customer Service Representative in Cairo, supporting users and live streamers on a global social platform. You will provide timely assistance through chat, email, and phone, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle user and streamer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Guide users through platform features and resolve technical or account issues.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams and document recurring problems.
- Monitor service metrics and gather user feedback.
- Collaborate with operations, content, and product teams to improve the overall experience.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and support skills with a professional, solution‑oriented approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication; professional phone etiquette.
- Interest in live streaming, social media platforms, and online communities.
- Previous experience in customer service, community support, or a contact‑center environment preferred.
- Ability to work shift‑based schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking across multiple systems.
