About the role
Concentrix is hiring English‑speaking Customer Service Specialists to support a variety of accounts, including Travel & Airlines, Music & Entertainment, Telecommunications, Sales & Customer Support, and Retail & Online Shopping. The position is full‑time and based on‑site at the Smart Village campus in 6th of October City, Egypt. You will interact with customers in English, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information about products and services across multiple sectors.
- Resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records in the company system.
- Meet performance targets related to quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Egyptian nationality and residency in Cairo or Giza.
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
- Graduates or individuals without a formal degree (drop‑outs) are welcome.
- Ready to start immediately.
Required skills
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
