Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Coordinate internally with various departments to support operational execution.
- Record and update customer requests and information accurately.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Represent Adawy Group professionally in all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Client Support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English proficiency.
- Professional attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
