Customer Success Manager (POSM, Marketing and Print Focused)

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will be based in Cairo and will own the end‑to‑end relationship with clients focused on Point of Sale Materials (POSM), marketing and print projects. The role ensures timely, high‑quality delivery of campaigns while aligning with brand guidelines and the client’s marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of POSM and print projects, from brief intake to final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to track production, monitor quality and control costs.
• Maintain regular client communication, conduct status meetings and provide detailed reporting.
• Analyse campaign performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Document project details, maintain up‑to‑date dashboards and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with proven ability to retain and satisfy clients.
• Experience managing key accounts and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Solid analytical capabilities to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Background in POSM, print production or marketing execution, preferably within FMCG, retail or similar fast‑paced sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
• Highly organized with strong project‑management skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
