Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Digital Marketing Lead to shape and execute our online strategy in Cairo. The role will drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion across all digital channels while leading a talented marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and grow a cross‑functional marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, content, email and display advertising campaigns, optimizing performance and ROI.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and performance data to refine tactics.
• Manage budgets and collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably within Marketing/PR/Advertising.
• Proven track record of leading successful digital campaigns and managing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Hands‑on experience using SEO platforms, SEM tools, social media management tools and email marketing software.
