Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of performance‑focused marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn, adhering to clear acquisition methodologies.
• Analyse performance metrics, automate reporting, and measure ROI against established KPIs.
• Create media plans with defined budget allocations and KPI targets.
• Build end‑to‑end customer journeys and optimise campaigns for conversions.
• Produce actionable analytics reports and share insights with the team.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently and coordinate with agencies to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and paid social campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project‑management abilities.
