About the role
The Direct Sales Officer will focus on promoting personal loan products, engaging both prospective and existing customers. This outsourced position requires proactive outreach, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets within a regulated banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales of personal loan products by identifying and approaching prospective customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and achieve assigned sales targets through cross‑selling and engagement activities.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, terms, and conditions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, offering feedback for product improvements.
- Adhere to departmental policies, operational procedures, and internal controls.
- Support daily sales activities and contribute to departmental objectives.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, anti‑money laundering standards, and internal governance policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0‑2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, banking, financial services, or customer‑facing roles.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
