Dynamics CRM Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer with 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics Customer Engagement. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining custom CRM solutions that extend the Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE.
• Design and implement custom plugins, workflows, and business logic using C# and .NET.
• Create dynamic UI components with JavaScript and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
• Build and manage API integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Extend Power Platform capabilities by developing custom controls and reusable components.
• Customize forms, entities, dashboards, views, and business processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects while ensuring performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
