EcoStruxure IT Sales Manager

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking an EcoStruxure IT Sales Manager to drive growth of its software and digital solutions across the North Africa & Levant cluster. The role focuses on major enterprise accounts in sectors such as data centers, banking, government and large enterprises, requiring strong relationship building and solution‑selling expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers in nominated accounts.
• Collaborate with EcoStruxure IT line‑of‑business and cluster leadership to define and execute a winning sales strategy.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (sales, presales, tendering, delivery) across the cluster to address customer needs.
• Create and manage strategic account plans, identifying business drivers and pursuing relevant opportunities.
• Act as Engagement Leader for major projects, coordinating virtual teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Consult with customers to shape opportunities and optimize the value of Schneider’s solutions.
• Identify, qualify and prioritize business opportunities, map key decision‑makers, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Commercial excellence with proven experience in software and solution sales (direct and indirect).
• Strong track record of managing and growing strategic accounts.
• Deep understanding of the data‑center and IT ecosystem.
• Ability to identify business drivers and develop tailored strategies.
• Senior‑level experience (approximately 8 years) in a similar sales role.
